Jesús va en una barca y aprovecha el momento para descansar. El Señor les reprende por su temor y por su poca fe. El reprendió los vientos y el mar y todo quedo en calma. Como lo expresa el salmista: “Tú tienes dominio sobre la braveza del mar; Cuando se levantan sus ondas, tú las sosiegas.” Salmo 89:9.
Esto causo maravilla en sus apóstoles, porque Jesús demostró su poder sobre la naturaleza. El Señor reprendió dos tormentas: una la del mar y la otra fue el temor de los apóstoles. Todos los milagros de Jesús eran al instante.
